Answer this if you know a lot about working out fitness and a little soccer?
could you please design me a workout routine that will caters for my needs. i have an hour in the gym everyday day of the week (except weekends) and i have an hour and a half fridays
i weigh 115 pounds i’m only 15 years of age and only 5,2 inches tall my body fat is around 15 ,5% . i need this routine to do the following
1. help me get a six pack as soon as possible(i relize i need a body fat percentage of 12% for that) i also do 8 minute abs every night
2. i play soccer and that’s coming up soon so i need to build speed and endurance so i need to be on the running machines at least for the whole of thursday , tuesday workouts AND half hour of fridays work out (if you think that will work)
3. i’m a small guy so i need to build a lot of muscle
4. any exercises or programs that help me get taller
5. build quick, powerful ,agile and enduring legs for soccer

Hey, I’m starting Insanity on monday so I have a few questions.

I’m slim (128 lbs, 5′7, 16 year old male) and I’m not doing insanity to lose weight, I’m already in shape I’m just trying to get toned.I’m wondering how long it should take me for my muscles to get toned. Also, does insanity really give you abs?

I’ve heard my diet plays a big part in getting toned, but I’m slim and I have a fast metabolism so does it really matter? I eat whatever I want and never gain weight. My diet mostly consists of steaks, boneless skinless chicken, tacos, pasta (baked ziti/lasagna/raviolli too), burgers, and pizza. I also eat a LOT of junk food and only drink water. Is there anything I need to change before I start seeing results?

Joining Curves, the fitness program, alongside cardio.is it guaranteed that I’ll loose some weight?

I don’t have a number in mind or anything about how many pounds that I want to lose, but if I had to, I’d say about 15 pounds so I could be somewheres around 135 [I'm 150ish now]. But if I’m happy before then, I’d stop.

I’ve already started on a small diet, just limiting portions, and I started running and walking everyday. Also, I’ve been running a mile and then walking a mile every other day.uld like to be happy with my size, or down 15ish pounds, in 4-6 weeks from now. Mind you, it doesn’t have to be 15 pounds, I’m pretty laid back about that.

But their promise of up to 500 calories in a half an hour? Granted, I’m not that large and I’m strong enough already, I’d only burn like, half that. It would still be pretty cool though, just that it’s almost a town and a half over.

I’m just very short on money, otherwise I’d join my old gym.

So, is Curves worth it?
